* A part of the restaurant is under a building called " LE VAL ST BERNARD " the other part is under a veranda. The restaurant include :

1 ) Ground floor :

• A 14 m² dining room furnished with a refrigerated bar near by the entrance.
• Tables and chairs for 65 persons
• A pizza oven
• Gas heating with external gas tank.
• A 72 m² fully furnished kitchen. (hobs, salamander (stove) with deep fryer, work surface, hotplate, cold store, baker’s oven…).
• The kitchen also include a washing area with dish washer.
• Washrooms (2 toilets and a washbasin).

2 ) A 55 m² basement (inside stairs) including :

• Wine cellar.
• Reserve with a laundry room including (washing machine, tumble ironing machine).
• Locker room – washrooms.

3 ) A 10 m² private terrace:
